We operate an e-shop on the website youngtendo.fun

 For the purpose of providing our services, selling goods and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”).

I. Processing of Personal Data

 A.  Processing of personal data when using the contact form

 If you inquire about our products or services, we will process the contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. These include: First name, last name, email, phone number, address.

For what purpose?

We use this information to contact you and arrange further communication regarding goods and services.

On what legal basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, your data will be processed for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

 If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data that you provide. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, address, phone number, email, company ID.

For what purpose?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, possible complaints or your inquiries.

Personal data will also be processed to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other legal obligations).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of providing our service and for 2 years after the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

 C. Newsletters (commercial communication) 

If you are a customer and did not opt out during your purchase, we may use your email address to send you news and updates.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, provided that you did not opt out during the purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

 10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or by contacting us at: stream@youngtendo.fun

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, certain companies or other persons work for us and may have access to the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

operator of the e-commerce platform Shopify (company Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada)

possibly other service providers related to the operation of the e-shop (for example shipping carriers, payment gateways, marketing or analytics tools)

Personal data is primarily processed within the European Union. In some cases (for example when using Shopify), personal data may be transferred outside the EU, always on the basis of appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR.

Our company does not have a designated Data Protection Officer.

Our company does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

V. Your rights regarding personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, request access to such data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing. You may request a copy of processed personal data, request deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority or take your claims to court.
