Terms of service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of the entrepreneur Petr Fojtách, with registered office at Dlouhá 3403/2b, 702 00 Ostrava – Moravská Ostrava, Czech Republic, Company ID: 74125770, registered in the Trade Register, e-mail: stream@youngtendo.fun (“We” or “Seller”) regulate in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (“Civil Code”), the mutual rights and obligations of you as buyers and us as sellers arising in connection with or based on a purchase contract (“Contract”) concluded through the online store on the YoungTendo website.

All information regarding the processing of your personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the website www.youngtendo.fun in the privacy section.

The provisions of these Terms form an integral part of the Contract. The Contract and the Terms are prepared in the Czech language. Informative translations into other languages may be available for customers; however, the Czech version always prevails.

As you know, we primarily communicate remotely. Therefore, the Contract is concluded using distance communication through the online store interface.

I DEFINITIONS

  1. Price means the financial amount you will pay for the Goods.

  2. Delivery Price means the amount you pay for the delivery of the Goods including packaging.

  3. Total Price means the sum of the Price and the Delivery Price.

  4. VAT means value added tax according to applicable legal regulations.

  5. Invoice means a tax document issued in accordance with VAT legislation for the Total Price.

  6. Order means your binding proposal to conclude a Contract with us for the purchase of Goods.

  7. User Account means an account created based on your provided data allowing storage of order history.

  8. You means the person purchasing Goods in our online store.

  9. Goods means any products available in the online store.

II GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Purchase of Goods is possible only through the online store interface.

  2. When purchasing Goods you are obliged to provide correct and truthful information.

III CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

  1. The Contract may be concluded in the Czech language. Informative translations into other languages may be available.

  2. The Contract is concluded remotely through the online store.

  3. To create a Contract it is necessary to create an Order including information about Goods, Price, delivery method, payment method and your identification data.

  4. Before submitting the Order you may review and modify the information.

  5. After receiving the Order we will confirm it by e-mail. The Contract is concluded upon confirmation of the Order.

IV USER ACCOUNT

  1. Based on registration you may access your User Account.

  2. You must provide accurate information during registration.

  3. Access to the account is secured by a username and password.

  4. The account is personal and cannot be used by third parties.

  5. The account may be cancelled if unused for more than 1 year or if the Terms are violated.

V PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

  1. The Price is always stated in the online store and in the Order.

  2. The Total Price includes VAT and all legal fees.

Payment can be made by

a) bank transfer
b) payment gateway
c) cash on delivery

An invoice will be issued electronically and sent to your e-mail address.

Ownership of the Goods passes to you only after full payment and receipt of the Goods.

VI DELIVERY OF GOODS

  1. Goods will be delivered according to the method chosen during the checkout process.

  2. We deliver to the Czech Republic and selected countries. Available countries and shipping prices are displayed during checkout.

  3. Delivery time depends on product availability and the selected delivery method.

  4. Upon receipt you must check the integrity of the package.

  5. If you refuse to accept the Goods without reason the Seller may withdraw from the Contract.

VII RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE

  1. The Seller guarantees that the Goods are free from defects upon receipt.

  2. If a defect occurs you may submit a complaint by e-mail or in writing.

  3. Complaints will be resolved without undue delay no later than 30 days.

  4. If the complaint is justified you are entitled to reimbursement of reasonable costs.

VIII WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from receiving the Goods without giving any reason.

  2. Withdrawal can be made by e-mail or in writing.

  3. We will refund the payment within 14 days after withdrawal but not before the Goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided.

  4. Goods must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal.

  5. The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the buyer.

  6. We will refund delivery costs only up to the amount of the cheapest offered delivery option.

  7. The return method will be agreed with the Seller after withdrawal from the Contract.

IX CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz, is responsible for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.

X FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

  2. Communication is conducted electronically via e-mail.

  3. These Terms may be amended but amendments do not affect already concluded Contracts.

  4. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by force majeure.

These Terms enter into force on 1 March 2026

The return of goods is possible after prior agreement with the seller via a shipping carrier or through a Zásilkovna pickup point. The exact return method will be communicated to the buyer after the withdrawal request.
