Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. These cancellation policies describe how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, the respective goods will be delivered to you on a recurring basis. These deliveries depend on the duration and frequency of the subscription you choose.
Your payment details will be securely stored and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails include links to your order where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
In the case of a pre-order, you are purchasing goods that are currently out of stock or not yet available but will be available soon. In some cases we may not charge any payment at checkout or may charge only a partial deposit and store your payment method. Once the order is fulfilled, we will charge the full or remaining payment amount at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund. For more information about returns and refunds, please refer to our return policy.
