A bow tie, often referred to as a balisong or butterfly, is an instrument used to practice coordination, fluidity of movement, and handwork .
This variant is intended solely for training purposes - it allows you to practice techniques, transitions and movement sequences without the risk of injury that is associated with sharp versions.
